BACHTANZ - Dance, 2023
Choreography by Darion Smith
The elegant gestures and movement patterns in BACHTANZ are linked to the harpsichord concerto music of J.S. Bach in BACHTANZ. The aesthetic, movement quality, and floor patterns are inspired responses to Bach’s compositional elements. This connection between dance and music enriches the performance and invites audiences to enjoy the harmony of both art forms.
